AN ORDER RELATING RETURNED CHECK FEES

In compliance with KRS 514.040(4)(b), any person, partnership, corporation or unincorporated association who issues a check to the City of Russellville which is returned from the maker’s bank or other financial institution for insufficient funds, or for any other reason, shall be charged a fee of $50.00 effective this date.
IT IS SO ORDERED this the ___ day of January, 2010.
