| *Russellville utility bills are due on the 5th of each month. |

| *After the 5th and/or 20th a 10% penalty will apply to your account. |

| *Nonpayment will result in disruption of service via disconnection 11 days days following the due dat
and will further result in a $25 fee ($35 after hours) being accessed for re-connection. |

| *If your service is disconnected, your deposit will be applied to your final bill.
You must come in and sign for any remaining credit once final bill is paid. |

| *Russellville city employee will read your water meter each month. |
| |
| *Your bill will be due on the due date each month. Save on your bill and alminate past-due
charges and collection charges by making prompt payment of your account. Automatic bank draft is available
for those interested. |
